Return & Refund Policy – J4-AutoHub

At J4-AutoHub, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.

  • Products that have been installed, modified, damaged by misuse, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Electrical or electronic auto parts that have been installed or tested.

  • Special-order or custom-made products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or a defective item), J4-AutoHub will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.
